We offer one of the biggest names in cooking and that is Rachael Ray. We all know who she is and what kind of a talent she is. She has captured all of our attention at one time or another and now she has graced us with her very own line of cookware sets. She has expanded her creativity into a new realm as she has created a very colorful array of cookware sets. She has made them all non-stick or stainless steel pans so that your clean-up time is minimal, leaving you plenty of time to visit with the family! All of her cookware sets come in 10 pieces so you will get the best bang for your buck here as you will have the ability to make multiple meals at once.

We also offer a variety of other cookware sets, none maybe as famous as the Rachael Ray name, but still of the highest quality. We have brought in some pretty great cookware sets. They are all perfect for those big family gatherings or even a small meal for you. Each cookware set can be easily cleaned as most of them are non-stick pans made out of lightweight aluminum. Those that aren’t made with a non-stick surface are made with stainless steel. This will allow for great cooking surfaces and another lightweight pan. Almost all of our cookware sets have tempered glass so that you can see how well your meal is cooking. Most cookware sets are made out of high quality 18/10 stainless steel. This is all done to make sure that you have these sets for years to come.

Ever since I was a child I’ve loved the taste of grilled Kabobs . In my family, there is nothing more American than a weekend of grilling with all the fixings and a side of fries! As an adult, I’ve learned you don’t have to go to your local BBQ joint to enjoy great Kabobs. With a little trial and error, I’ve perfected my own recipe for this great American classic at home.

I actually prefer to cook my Kabobs using indoor grill. Bad weather can always put a damper on outdoor  grilling but I can always pan grill my Kabobs indoors. Many people don’t realize that using electric grill can actually give the kabobs a nice, unique flavor, making it a delicious alternative to the grill.8260skillet4

yhst-15527607414517_2105_2210907Stainless steel is a steel alloy with amazing properties that make it ideal for cookware.  It is more rust, damage and stain resistant than regular steel and many other materials typically utilized for cookware.  It is also more lightweight.  With proper care, your stainless steel cookware set can last a lifetime.

Another benefit of stainless steel is that is does not use Teflon as a coating. Teflon is now commonly understood to be a carcinogen and it is known to affect cancer cells inside a person’s body. Use a metal that is safe to increase the healthy of your friends and loved ones.

Over the years I’ve tried a variety of options while looking for the perfect cookware set for my kitchen. I’ve looked at all the popular brands and recognized that I could have easily spent up to $500.00 for a cookware set,s-s-cookware-set but I always asked the questions: “what makes a cookware so great?” and “is it the best choice for me?” Look into the kitchen at any restaurant or watch any cooking show and it’s all stainless steel. Because stainless steel heat very evenly and is superior for browning and searing. In my experience owning a stainless steel cookware set offers numerous advantages. For one, it is extremely durable and can last years and years. It is also extremely hard; its non porous meaning you won’t have to worry about cracks, leaks, or spatters. It also has a smooth surface that is dent and scratch resistant, is usually easy to clean, and it is easily retains a “brand new” look. For quality and resiliency, stainless steel cookware,  can be a great addition to any person’s kitchen.

muffin Pans The term muffin was first coined in England in the 18th century. The word was then spelled ‘moofin,’ which is possibly derived from the Old French word ‘mouflet,’ which means soft. This is in reference to the muffin’s plush, pillowy goodness. Muffins started as a small cake, but today you can find manifold manifestations of these tasty baked goods popping up in muffin pans around the globe.

Some people think that the muffin a direct adaptation of cornbread, which spawned two types of bread: the muffin and the biscuit. They are essentially different sides of the same coin, if you think about it. The muffin has stuck around as one of the most favored breakfast and snack foods in the world.

roastchickenDue to its low cost and high production, chicken has become a staple on dinner tables across America. However, there are other options when it comes to poultry. A lighter meat than many other fowl, pheasant meat is tender, moist but firm, often tasting like a combination of poultry and venison. Pheasant can be delectable when prepared in a roasting pan and served with rice, mushrooms, nuts, or fruit.

Of course, there are a myriad of other options for preparing pheasant as well. It can be smoked, broiled, grilled or even fried. Appropriate for any occasion, a pheasant dinner can bring back memories or make delicious new ones.

Here’s a recipe for delicious homemade apple pie. In addition to the ingredients, you’ll need a pie pan and a saucepan. Ingredients:

1 9 inch double pie crust (yes we could make our own, but this is so much easier!)
½ cup unsalted butterpie
3 tbsp. flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar (packed)
¼ cup water
8 apples (peeled, cored, and sliced)

Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425 F.  Melt the butter in a saucepan, and then add the flour, stirring until it is thick.  Add water, sugars, and bring to a boil.  Once boiling, reduce the heat and let simmer.  Place the bottom crust in your pie pan, and put in the apples.  Cover with the second latticed crust, and then pour the sugar and butter liquid over the crust, ensuring you pour slow to prevent spills.  Bake the pie for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350 F until the apples are softened.  Let cool, serve, and enjoy!
